Consultant, HCM Org Design & Service Delivery

About the role

This position supports the Human Capital Management (HCM) Service Delivery team as a subject‑matter expert for restructures, Workday Core HCM processes, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) mass loads. The consultant will partner with HR, Finance, and professional services to improve data accuracy, streamline processes, and enhance overall service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver process steps for reorganizations, coordinating milestones and governance discussions with HR and Finance.
• Lead Workday data‑quality initiatives, providing consultative support on complex cases, EIB mass loads, and restructure projects.
• Analyze HR data and processes to identify improvement opportunities, define actions, and track progress against service metrics.
• Partner with Operations and professional‑services lines to maintain accurate Workday data and drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate business processes, propose practical solutions, and contribute to enhancing employee and stakeholder experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 3‑6 years of hands‑on experience with Workday Core HCM.
• Strong problem‑solving, strategic decision‑making, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Demonstrated growth mindset, accountability, and ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments.
