Gaza Operations Manager (Humanitarian Logistics)

About the role

All Hands and Hearts is looking for an experienced Operations and Logistics Manager to establish and lead its humanitarian field presence in Gaza. The role will ensure the timely, efficient, and compliant movement of life‑saving assistance across complex access points, working closely with partner NGOs, local authorities, and AH&H leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Support the establishment of All Hands and Hearts’ field presence in Gaza.
• Plan, manage, and oversee logistics operations for food, medical, and relief supplies.
• Coordinate access with partner NGOs, local authorities, and relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of humanitarian actors.
• Provide technical leadership in one or more humanitarian sectors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations and logistics management within humanitarian contexts.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes for emergency relief.
• Ability to navigate complex access constraints and coordinate with multiple partners.
• Leadership skills to build and manage a field team.
