HVAC Install Coordinator

About the role

The HVAC Install Coordinator ensures that residential HVAC installation projects run smoothly from start to finish. This role bridges the gap between sales, installation teams, and customers, handling logistics, permitting, and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Build complete and accurate installation job packets.
• Order materials and equipment, verify arrivals, and stage items for installation.
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials with Install Managers and Sales Teams.
• Secure permits and ensure compliance with local jurisdictions and mechanical codes.
• Create invoices, job costing, and project documentation within ServiceTitan.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers and internal teams.
• Identify and resolve scheduling, permitting, or material challenges before they affect the customer experience.
• Support installation teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation processes.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment, thermostats, IAQ products, and duct systems.
• Familiarity with local permitting requirements and mechanical codes.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software preferred.
