Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

IBEX Global is looking for a focused and results‑oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support the Recruiting Manager in meeting headcount goals for its call‑center programs. The role involves handling the full range of administrative recruiting tasks and ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking and internal tools.
• Host job fairs and informational sessions.
• Review and screen resumes, conduct phone screens and skills assessments.
• Partner with the Recruiting Manager to achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.
• Administer background and drug‑screening paperwork and document results.
• Report daily on recruiting activities, challenges and strategies.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age.
• 1+ year of recruiting or administrative experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree or college coursework preferred.
• Experience in a call‑center environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with Luceo or a similar applicant tracking system is desired.
• Ability to work as a fixed‑term or seasonal employee.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Skype.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system such as Luceo.
