Recruitment Associate

About the role

The Recruitment Associate supports the full talent acquisition cycle, from sourcing and initial screening to onboarding and hand‑over to training. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a smooth, real‑time recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial and behavioral interviews and evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate program‑specific and language assessments for shortlisted candidates.
• Present job offers, manage candidate onboarding, and hand over selected talent to the training team.
• Monitor candidate progress against turnaround‑time targets and maintain a 100% fill‑rate for open positions.
• Build strong rapport with candidates and collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment needs.
• Calibrate with stakeholders to identify the best‑fit profiles for each program.

Required profile

• At least two years of college education completed, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior professional experience required.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly to changes, and communicate effectively.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Expertise in using Outlook for email and calendar management.
• Experience navigating video‑conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams) and scheduling meetings.
