Recruitment Associate

About the role

The Recruitment Associate supports the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process, ensuring a smooth and timely experience for candidates from initial contact to onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers and the training team to meet hiring targets and maintain high fill rates.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial and behavioral interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate program‑specific and language assessments, and communicate job offers.
• Monitor candidate progress through each interview stage and ensure turnaround‑time compliance.
• Build strong rapport with candidates and act as the main point of contact throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to align candidate profiles with program requirements.
• Maintain a 100 % fill and completion rate for assigned positions.

Required profile

• At least two years of college education completed, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in BPO or recruitment is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent command of Outlook for email and calendar management.
• Comfortable navigating video‑conference platforms and scheduling tools.
