SAP SD/MM Consultant (3-5 years experience)

About the role

We are seeking a functional SAP SD/MM Consultant with 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience to support a global enterprise. The role focuses on complex integration scenarios, high‑quality master data management, and ensuring regulatory readiness for order‑to‑cash and procure‑to‑pay processes in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for SAP SD and MM incidents, service requests, and queries.
• Execute standard service requests, including master data maintenance for material, customer, vendor, and pricing records.
• Maintain accurate documentation, audit trails, and ticket records while ensuring compliance with ITSM processes.
• Support month‑end activities and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Manage NTT AMS and SIMPLOK AMS teams, handling incident resolution and bug fixes for SAP SD/MM and EDI/e‑Invoicing tickets.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as an SAP SD and MM consultant or developer with live‑environment delivery.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM‑SD integration points such as item categories, schedule lines, account assignment, and billing relevance.
• Experience in master‑data processes (material master, vendor master, purchasing info records) and data‑governance practices.
• Familiarity with compliance and document‑review activities, including audit readiness and retention policies.
• Excellent English communication skills for interaction with global stakeholders.
