Senior Manager, Procurement Data Analysis – Sustainability

About the role

The Senior Manager, Procurement Data Analysis – Sustainability will lead data analytics that track progress on our 13 priority ingredients, covering sustainable sourcing, deforestation, water use and human‑rights performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual global supplier sustainability data collection and analysis, coordinating procurement teams, suppliers, bottlers and operating units.
• Oversee data governance, validation and assurance to ensure accuracy, completeness, traceability and audit readiness.
• Analyze sustainability performance, generate actionable insights and identify risks, opportunities and progress against commitments.
• Develop and maintain Sustainable Agriculture datasets and Power BI dashboards for global reporting.
• Drive digitalisation of supplier data processes, implementing automated workflows and user‑centric digital tools.
• Support data‑assurance activities (CAD, EY), coordinating audit‑ready data collection and documentation.
• Conduct data analysis for regulatory reporting and collaborate to resolve data issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated project‑management skills.
• Experience in complex analytics and ability to leverage technology.
• Knowledge of digitalisation and optimisation tools such as Power BI, AI agents coding and Keelvar.

• Base salary range US $116,000 – $142,000 per year plus a market‑based annual incentive.
