Temp Onboarding Associate

About the role

Ibex is looking for a Temp Onboarding Associate to support the recruitment and onboarding process for entry‑level positions such as Customer Service Representatives, Technical Support Representatives and Sales Agents. The role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and guiding new hires through the onboarding journey while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and internal partners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews to assess communication skills and job fit for entry‑level roles.
• Administer assessments, present job offers and coordinate the hiring process.
• Analyze system‑wide recruitment needs and execute action plans to meet staffing targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal hiring managers and external business partners, providing timely feedback.
• Prepare regular recruitment performance reports and ad‑hoc analyses.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring departments, negotiating and closing requisitions within SLA targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of volume recruiting experience in a BPO environment.
• At least 18 years of age and able to work a flexible (shifting) schedule.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and decision‑making abilities.
• Professional communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using online job portals for candidate sourcing.
