Temp Recruitment Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Temp Recruitment Associate to support our high‑volume hiring needs for entry‑level positions such as Customer Service Representatives, Technical Support Representatives and Sales Agents. You will act as a key liaison between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews to evaluate communication skills and job fit.
• Administer assessment tests and assist in extending job offers.
• Analyze system‑wide recruitment needs and develop action plans to meet staffing targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external business partners, providing timely feedback.
• Achieve recruitment performance goals and produce required reports.
• Serve as the point of contact for hiring departments, coordinating calibration, negotiation and closing of requisitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of volume recruiting experience in a BPO environment.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using online job portals for sourcing.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring targets simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Professional demeanor, teamwork orientation and independent work capability.
• Willingness to work a flexible (shifting) schedule.
