Temp Recruitment Associate

About the role

The Temp Recruitment Associate will manage the full selection process for applicants, from initial interviews to onboarding and hand‑off to training teams. This is a short‑term, seasonal position lasting approximately two months.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial and behavioral interviews, monitor applicant progress, and ensure timely conversion to final interview stages.
• Coordinate program‑specific and language assessments, discuss job offers, and facilitate onboarding.
• Maintain real‑time monitoring of candidates to achieve a 100% fill/completion rate.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to match applicant profiles with program needs.

Required profile

• At least second‑year college education; Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields are a plus.
• Fresh graduates welcome; preferably with BPO or recruitment experience.
• Highly motivated, able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with MS Office and Outlook.
• Effective written communication, especially professional email drafting.
• Ability to navigate video‑conference platforms and manage calendar invites.
