US Recruitment Associate

About the role

The US Recruitment Associate will support IBEX's US hiring efforts by proactively sourcing and identifying qualified candidates in a high‑volume, online recruiting environment. This role ensures day‑to‑day recruitment processes align with company objectives and US labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and present prospective candidates for IBEX US positions.
• Implement recruitment and sourcing programs while following standard interview and selection techniques.
• Assess system‑wide recruitment needs and develop action plans to meet staffing targets.
• Partner with global teams to adopt best‑practice recruitment and retention programs.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, US labor laws, and service‑level agreements.
• Provide timely feedback to internal and external business partners.
• Track and achieve recruitment performance goals and targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Marketing or a related field.
• Relevant experience in recruitment, staffing, placement or sourcing; US or global recruiting experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• High level of confidentiality, positive attitude, and ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and permanently on the graveyard shift.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
