WASH Program Manager (M/F) – Ramallah

About the role

Solidarités International is seeking a WASH Program Manager to lead the design, implementation and quality assurance of its water, sanitation and hygiene response in the West Bank. The role starts on 1 September 2026 for a four‑month assignment based in Ramallah.

Key responsibilities

• Design and oversee emergency WASH interventions, including reverse osmosis units, water‑trucking, water‑point distribution and mobile pumping systems.
• Supervise and build the capacity of a newly formed national team.
• Coordinate with local partners such as UFA and institutional donors (ECHO, OCHA, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with Solidarités International standards and monitor water quality.
• Develop proposals, donor reports and contribute to strategic expansion of the programme.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing WASH programmes in humanitarian settings.
• Strong leadership and capacity‑building skills.
• Ability to work in the West Bank context and liaise with local organisations.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an asset.
