Human Resources Manager – Palestine

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function for Terre des hommes in Palestine, providing strategic leadership and operational management of all HR activities. The role supports the organization’s mission to protect children’s rights across health, migration and justice programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational management of all Human Resources functions within Tdh Palestine.
• Oversee recruitment, staff development, and employee relations in line with Palestine labour law.
• Coordinate HR activities across field locations, with frequent travel to project sites.

Required profile

• Experience in managing HR functions in a non‑profit or humanitarian context.
• Knowledge of Palestine labour legislation and ability to work under a fixed‑term national contract.
• Willingness to travel regularly to field locations.
