Partnership Manager – Localization & Coordination

About the role

The National Resilience Council (NRC) in Palestine seeks a strategic and visionary Partnership Manager to lead its partnership portfolio. You will drive the localisation agenda, manage the full partnership cycle, and represent NRC in coordination forums across the humanitarian sector.

Key responsibilities

• Implement localisation strategy and integrate it throughout project cycles.
• Provide strategic and technical leadership for partnership programming, from design to monitoring.
• Develop and maintain partnership systems, tools, guidelines, and procedures.
• Identify capacity‑building priorities with partner organisations and oversee joint plans.
• Build and nurture relationships with local NGOs, civil society, public institutions, academia, and the private sector.
• Ensure partnership management complies with NRC policies, humanitarian principles, donor requirements, and partnership standards.
• Lead people management functions including performance, recruitment, induction, development, and duty of care.
• Represent NRC in relevant partnership coordination platforms and promote safeguarding and anti‑corruption standards.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in an NGO or international organisation.
• Proven expertise in grants management, partnership development, or coordination.
• Experience working in complex humanitarian contexts, preferably in Palestine or the Middle East.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
