Teacher Coordinator (Volunteer)

About the role

This voluntary position supports teachers within a non‑profit education initiative, ensuring they have clear guidance and a reliable point of contact. The role is remote and part‑time, helping to expand learning opportunities for Palestinian students.

Key responsibilities

• Answer key questions from teachers and provide timely support.
• Address and mediate potential issues between teachers and students.
• Share safeguarding concerns with the designated safeguarding officer.
• Assist with onboarding new teachers and integrating them into the programme.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication and writing abilities.
• High interpersonal skills, professionalism, patience, and accountability.
• Strong time‑management, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow through on commitments.
• Willingness to work 3 hours per week across at least 16 weeks.
