Application SRE – Engineering Operations

About the role

The Application SRE will use software engineering expertise to automate processes, support L1 technical guidance, and lead incident response for engineering issues. The role focuses on continuous improvement of reliability through SRE methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Automate software processes and maintain runbooks, scripts, and documentation.
• Lead incident command, coordinate SMEs, and provide advanced diagnostics to reduce mean time to restoration.
• Identify gaps, propose automation solutions, and execute site reliability engineering practices.
• Support product deployments and develop system integration and distributed architecture solutions.

Required profile

• 4‑year degree or equivalent experience in software development or DevOps.
• 2‑4 years of hands‑on coding experience (Python & Java preferred).
• 2‑4 years of experience with orchestration and deployment technologies.
• Strong English proficiency and ability to communicate technical issues to non‑technical audiences.
