Equipment Operator – Heavy (Finisher w/ GPS Experience)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator (Finisher) with GPS experience to join our construction teams on civil, industrial and wind projects. The role involves operating a variety of heavy machinery to complete land clearing, excavation, grading and utility work.

Key responsibilities

• Operate front‑end loaders (4 CY+), motor graders, excavators (20 ton class or larger), dozers, scrapers, tractor‑pans, track hoes, skid pans, trenchers and related light/medium equipment.
• Perform land clearing, mass excavation, pond/reservoir excavation, rough and finish grading of roadways.
• Execute underground utility installation and related tasks for heavy civil, industrial and wind projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment listed above.
• Ability to read and follow GPS‑based plans and specifications.
• Experience working on civil, industrial or wind construction sites.
