Medical Device Complaint Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our medical device complaint management team. You will capture, analyze, and track customer feedback with a strong focus on accuracy and timely resolution, using Microsoft Excel to maintain structured records and generate insights. The role operates in a hybrid environment with rotational shift coverage to ensure continuous support.

Key responsibilities

• Intake and document medical device complaints, ensuring all relevant information is captured in predefined Excel logs.
• Analyze complaint trends using pivot tables and reports to identify recurring issues affecting product performance and patient safety.
• Coordinate with quality, regulatory, and service teams by providing clear summaries and organized data for investigations.
• Prepare concise status updates for customers, maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
• Monitor complaint queues and aging reports, escalating priority cases to meet service level agreements.
• Track key metrics such as volume, closure times, and category distribution to highlight improvement opportunities.
• Participate in hybrid team discussions, sharing findings and best practices.
• Adhere to confidentiality and data‑privacy standards when handling customer and patient information.

Required profile

• Foundational experience or academic exposure in life sciences, healthcare, or a related technical field.
• Understanding of medical device usage and regulatory environments.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with rotational shift schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to audit‑ready documentation.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and cross‑functional teams.
