About the role

MENA Alliances, a leader in its field in the MENA region, is hiring a Recruiter. The role covers the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offers, onboarding and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through various methods to build a strong pipeline
• Screening candidates via resume review, application checks and phone screens
• Managing the candidate experience
• Writing job postings, descriptions and requirements
• Reference checks and handling the offer and negotiation of employment terms
• Onboarding and new hire process
• Managing interviews, selection and closing, and keeping up with recruiting trends
• Ensuring all hiring complies with employment laws and regulations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 2 years of recruiting experience preferred
• Fluent English and effective oral and written communication
• Negotiation skills and ability to build trusting, cooperative working relationships
• Strong organization, time management and independent decision-making
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations
