Sales Head – Import

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in the Palestinian Authority and leads the import‑focused sales function for an international logistics provider. You will shape strategy, grow revenue, and ensure seamless delivery of import logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for import logistics services.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage key client accounts.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from proposal preparation to contract negotiation.
• Coordinate with operational teams to deliver reliable import solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and support pricing and margin management.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
• Mentor and lead the sales team, set targets, and promote a customer‑centric approach.

Required profile

• Proven experience in import sales or international freight forwarding.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end logistics, global trade regulations and customs compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Excellent client relationship, negotiation and key‑account management skills.
• Leadership experience guiding sales teams and setting performance goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are an asset.

• Advanced use of MS Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
• Data‑driven reporting and analysis capabilities.
