Senior Operations & Logistics Manager – Humanitarian Programs

About the role

All Hands and Hearts is looking for an experienced Operations and Logistics Manager to establish and lead its humanitarian field presence in Gaza. The role will ensure the timely, efficient and compliant delivery of life‑saving assistance while coordinating with UN agencies, NGOs and local authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the set‑up of All Hands and Hearts’ field office and programme operations in Gaza.
• Plan, manage and oversee logistics for food, medical and relief supplies, coordinating with partners and authorities.
• Secure movement permits, border access and customs clearances through close work with UN agencies, Move One, NGOs and local officials.
• Monitor, track and report on commodity distribution to civilian communities.
• Assist in launching community‑level programmes such as food distribution, livelihoods, shelters, education and health.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Relations or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of logistics, humanitarian or development experience, preferably in Gaza.
• Proven experience in cross‑border logistics, customs clearance and humanitarian access negotiations.
• Strong understanding of humanitarian principles and UN/NGO coordination mechanisms.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
