Early Recovery Technical Coordinator – Gaza

About the role

The Technical Coordinator will lead coordination, strategic planning and technical guidance for early recovery activities in Gaza, supporting project teams from design through implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical inputs to strategy and project development at local and national levels.
• Support project teams in planning, design, implementation, supervision and potential expansion of technical interventions.
• Coordinate internal technical support, staff capacity building and external relations.

Required profile

• Degree in a relevant field with at least 5 years of field project implementation experience, preferably international.
• Strong team player familiar with the aid system and donor/government requirements.
• Excellent communication, drafting and coordination abilities; able to work in culturally diverse groups and under pressure.

Required skills

• Fluent English (additional local language knowledge is an asset).
• Ability to travel and work in difficult conditions.

• Salary €3200‑€3400 per month (before tax) plus a $300 monthly living allowance.
