MEAL Manager – Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (M/F) – Gaza

About the role

Solidarités International is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Manager to lead the implementation of its MEAL strategy across Gaza and the West Bank. The role ensures high‑quality data collection, analysis, and reporting to support program effectiveness and accountability to affected populations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and harmonise MEAL plans, tools and indicators for a multi‑sector portfolio.
• Oversee qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis and reporting throughout the project cycle.
• Provide methodological guidance to field teams on indicator measurement, evaluation design and learning processes.
• Strengthen accountability mechanisms and ensure timely feedback loops with beneficiary communities.
• Coordinate with program managers to integrate MEAL findings into program adjustments and strategic decisions.
• Build capacity of national staff through training plans, mentorship and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree (e.g., International Development, Public Health, Social Sciences) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning within humanitarian or development contexts.
• Proven experience managing MEAL systems in volatile environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
