Early Childhood Development Officer

About the role

The Early Childhood Development (ECD) Officer will support the implementation and monitoring of ECD programming across the West Bank, working under the supervision of the ECD Coordinator. This role collaborates closely with teachers, facilitators, implementing partners, and community‑based actors to ensure high‑quality early childhood services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of ECD activities and programmes.
• Conduct field monitoring and verify data collection.
• Support reporting and documentation of programme outcomes.
• Provide routine technical assistance to teachers, facilitators and partners.
• Coordinate with local partners to ensure programme alignment with community needs.
